If there’s two desserts Matt loves most in this world, they’d be cheesecake and brownies. Probably one of his favorite things is fresh, ooey gooey brownies straight out of the oven - although he respects my insistence that baked goods need at least 2-3 minutes to cool and set up before he digs in. Last weekend, I mused aloud about a brownie bottomed cheesecake. Matt, of course, perked right up at the thought.
