White Chocolate Cranberry Orange Cookies
Throughout the year, one of Matt’s favorite cookies is my go-to white chocolate cranberry cookie. The cookie is soft, chewy and full of flavor - perfect for any occasion. But this season, I knew I wanted to bring a little more seasonal flair to this baking staple.
There are many classic flavors that fill the holiday season. Top of my list is cranberry and orange. These bright, tart flavors shine during the winter season and are perfect for holiday baking.
It seemed natural to add orange into my white chocolate cranberry cookie recipe. And it was easily accomplished with the zest and juice of one medium orange. With a little extra flour to offset the added liquid, the final product stays soft and chewy, but now contains an amazing aroma and flavor of orange that pairs so well with the cranberries and white chocolate.
Add these to your holiday baking list!
